    There will be an annual community charge for owners as in all complexes. If you are interested in knowing more I can put you in touch with the owner direct.

  7. we are currently considering purchasing a duplex on royale Palm, but does anyone know for sure whether we have to use the on site management company or can we make our own arrangements for letting, either via our own efforts or another management company. We feel royale Palm charges are rather excessive – any thoughts?

    Yes you have to use the onsite management company! It is a touristic complex, and you are not allowed to let privately on it for less than one-year periods – neither to holidaymakers (under 3 months) nor short-term (3 months to a year) for other purposes. The only rentals you would be able to offer on your own behalf are long-term 1-year-minimum residential contracts. All holiday lets and bookings must go through the sole agent. That is the law.     I only have the photos you can see on this page. If you emailed the owner then I assume you’re in direct contact with him following your initial enquiry, which I forwarded onto him. I’m afraid you’ll need to ask him for any further information.

    No, I can’t, I’m afraid. As should be clear, this is an individual apartment for sale direct from the owner. I am not an estate agent so can’t advise more generally about what’s for sale on Royal Palm.
