Ambulance crew help deliver baby who couldn’t wait to get to hospital to be born

An ambulance crew, including the driver, helped last night to deliver the baby of a Valle San Lorenzo woman whose new infant just couldn’t wait for mum to arrive at the hospital. Emergency services were called shortly after 2am to a 33-year-old woman in VSL whose labour had started, and which seemed to be on the fast track. They didn’t have time to get to hospital, but had to stop the ambulance en route with all hands to the pumps. Mother and baby, a little girl, were subsequently both delivered, in excellent health, to Hospitén Sur. A lovely story, and well done to the ambulance crew. Cecoes112
