Update 15 December: this apartment has just been reduced even further, with the owner needing to sell. It is now €189,000. I have actually been in this apartment and can confirm how lovely it is … and that view is something else, really. There’s a beauty and a cosiness about the perspective, looking back over Los Cristianos towards Guaza mountain, that provides a calmness missing, I find, in some of the views from the Oasis del Sur side of town. With this further reduction, this apartment is now really worth a look if you’re in the market …
