Baggage handler arrested at TFS Reina Sofía for thefts from luggage on Monarch flights

The Guardia Civil stationed at TFS Reina Sofía have been investigating a series of at least ten thefts from luggage, the majority of which was being loaded on Monarch flights. A few days ago, they caught an Iberia baggage handler in the act, trying to dispose of two packs of tobacco which he is presumed to have taken from inside a suitcase he was loading onto a flight. Further arrests over the next few days are not being ruled out.  LO
