Couple walk away uninjured from spectacular car accident in Granadilla

A couple were able literally to walk away from their Renault Kangoo after it fell 30 metres down a barranco in Granadilla, coming to land upside down in the barranco bed at the polígono industrial de Granadilla de Abona. The accident happened at around 10am yesterday morning, and what caused the vehicle to leave the road and drive through a wall before falling down the barranco is still unclear, but the Policía Local and Guardia Civil who attended the scene must have feared the worst given the scene in the picture above. It’s nice to be able to report a spectacular car accident with a happy ending.  El Dia
