Los Cristianos “Mexican” Carnaval 5-14 March

Arona’s 2010 Carnaval will take place in Los Cristianos between 5-14 March, and this year has a Mexican theme. Events start on 5 March with the presentation of the candidates for Carnaval Queen who will be chosen in the Gran Gala on Friday 12  March. There will be a musical parade through the streets of the town to the beach on Saturday, 13 March, with a dance afterwards, and the finale and Gran Coso Apoteósico will be on Sunday 14th, also ending with a dance in the fairground.
