Updated 16 July: Guía de Isora Ayuntamiento has confirmed that the traditional agricultural markets in Alcalá and Playa San Juan have been reopened this week after the bylaws for 2018 have been approved and the updating and renewal of stall-holders has been completed. There will be 28 stalls selling baked goods, arts and crafts, and both conventional and ecological farm produce. They will be operating as previously between 9am and 1pm on Mondays in the Plaza del Llano in Alcalá and Wednesdays in the Paseo del Bufadero off Avenida del Emigrante in Playa San Juan.
Original post 2 July: Guía de Isora Ayuntamiento has announced that the traditional agricultural markets in Alcalá and Playa San Juan will be closed this week (today in Alcalá and Wednesday in PSJ). The closure is provisional and the council says that it hopes the markets will reopen next week in their usual locations.
