  1. So very sad, my partner is a biker and 3 people called me this evening to make sure he was home safe. He was, thank god, but unfortunately a family is suffering out there tonight and, for many years to come. RIP.

  2. I was just behind the accident though didn’t see it happen. A motorcyclist was weaving in & out of the traffic trying to pass everyone & when he passed me on the inside lane he shook his head at me – 30 seconds later the crash happened…..

  3. We saw this and it did look nasty rip to the poor man. Thoughts are with his family at this sad time

  4. I have just been to san eugenio and the same thing has just happened to me the traffic was at a crawl so I was about to let a lady in to the main traffic from a side lane and another motorbike at an excessive speed roars past.
HOW CAN YOU EXPECT TO DRIVE SENSIBLY WHEN YOU CAN NEVER BE SURE ABOUT THESE BIKERS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS LUCKILY THIS ONE IS STILL SAFE BECAUSE OF CAREFUL DRIVING THE LADY LOOKED SCARED STIFF

  5. Undertaking seems to be the norm here,I don’t mind them doing it,but when things go wrong!!!!!

  6. I’m a biker and hopefully moving to the island in September. I have hired bikes many times there but always ridden sensibly and with respect for other road user’s. It seems this time the gentleman wasn’t so lucky and he pushed his luck once to often. Condolences to his family from fellow biker

  7. The Taxis go too fast and drive too close just missed this crash on the Tf1 very Sad for the family RIP

  8. Drivers in general are all too aggressive nowadays leaving little space for manoeuvres if a sudden stop is required with motor cycles weaving in and out in any
Queues to get to the front quicker.
It is very dangerous out there.
Calm down and think you are a lethal weapon on the road.
    Care and consideration for others.
RIP TO THIS POOR VICTIM YESTERDAY.

  9. This stretch of road is one of the worst in Europe for accidents per meters. I understand and have full sympathy for the biker, his family and his friends, and though I could go into it, what’s the point. All I can say though, is that please drive carefully and don’t exceed speed and safety limits. My friends car which I was in was just behind the tragic accident. Noone elses fault 😔

  10. Jason Burns, you call this biker a gentleman ? Seriously ?
