They are the chamber trio “in residence” at the Adán Martín Auditorio de Tenerife, and their first concert of 2016 will be on Thursday, 18 February, with “I want to live in America”, a tour of some of the most typical Latin American composers inspired by American popular music.
Works will include Villa-Lobos (Brazilian suite for guitar), Ginastera (“Pampeana n° 1” op. 16 for piano and violin), Bernstein (Sonata for piano and clarinet), Copland (Sonata for piano and violin), and Piazzola (“Oblivion” for piano, violin, clarinet and guitar). The trio will also premier “Caprichos nº 13. Transparencias de España” for piano, violin, clarinet and guitar, with a guest performance by classical guitarist Adam Levin.
