The Ministerio has adapted its flag, as above, as a show of support.

Mayor Fraga says that “the council voices its utter condemnation of all forms of violence and terrorism. That is why are holding a minute’s silence at midday today, Thursday March 23rd, at the door of the Town Hall as a demonstration of our repugnance of the terrorist attack n London”.

Original post 22 March: Referencing a tourism campaign from last year, Tenerife President Carlos Alonso has expressed his support for those dealing with today’s London terror attack. In a tweet, the President said “For rebellion against the senseless, for the heroes who never despair, against terror – a big warm hug”. The president included the photo below, which has been in many UK news reports, of Conservative MP Tobias Ellwood’s desperate and sadly futile attempts to save the life of the policeman who was stabbed.
